Caros Associados

Decorreu nos últimos dias a votação pelos associados, das condições resultantes da negociação do CLA com a RYANAIR.

Agradecemos desde já a participação massiva dos associados e registamos com apreço o grande número de novas adesões que nos chegaram no decorrer das últimas semanas.

É, para nós, uma condição essencial, que os associados participem activamente em todo o processo garantindo, como sempre, numa atitude totalmente transparente o princípio basilar do respeito pela democracia.

Como já tiveram oportunidade de verificar foram afixados os resultados da votação, tendo os associados expressado de forma esmagadora a sua concordância com as condições apresentadas.

Contudo, não podemos deixar de registar que, no geral da votação 14 associados decidiram legitimamente votar contra as referidas condições.

Perante os resultados, o STTAMP entende que estão reunidos os pressupostos para que se proceda à efectivação do acordo aplicando aos trabalhadores da RYANAIR as condições que todos conhecem.

Desta forma aplicar-se-á o acordo na seguinte forma:

No processamento do mês de Maio a todos os trabalhadores da RYANAIR filiados no STTAMP ou que se filiem até 31 de Maio de 2022.
Após essa data, os trabalhadores que se inscrevam no STTAMP só será aplicado o acordo no mês seguinte à inscrição no Sindicato.
Todos os trabalhadores não sindicalizados terão que aguardar pela publicação da Portaria de Extensão que será submetida à aprovação do Governo de Portugal e apenas quando a mesma for efectivamente publicada no Boletim do Trabalho e Emprego, sem qualquer efeito retroactivo.

Uma vez mais agradecemos a confiança que depositaram em nós, que permite reforçar o compromisso e redobrar o empenho em continuar a desenvolver um trabalho criterioso e rigoroso com vista a melhorar sempre as condições de trabalho e salários dos trabalhadores da RYANAIR em Portugal.

Dear Members

In the last few days, the vote by the members, of the conditions resulting from CLA's negotiation with RYANAIR, took place.

We thank the massive participation of the members and we register with appreciation the great number of new adhesions that arrived in the course of the last weeks.

It is for us an essential condition that the members participate actively in the whole process guaranteeing, as always, in a totally transparent attitude the basic principle of the respect for democracy.

As you have already had the opportunity to verify, the results of the vote were posted and the members overwhelmingly expressed their agreement with the conditions presented.

However, we must note that, overall, 14 members legitimately decided to vote against these conditions.

In view of the results, STTAMP believes that the requirements for the implementation of the agreement have been met, applying to RYANAIR's workers the conditions that everyone knows.

In this way, the agreement will be applied as follows:

In the May payroll to all RYANAIR workers affiliated to STTAMP or who become affiliated by 31 May 2022.
After that date, workers who join STTAMP will not have the agreement applied until the month following membership of the Union.
All non-unionised workers will have to wait for the publication of the Extension Order that will be submitted to the approval of the Government of Portugal and only when it is effectively published in the Labour and Employment Bulletin, without any retroactive effect.

Once again, we thank you for the trust you have placed in us, which allows us to strengthen our commitment and redouble our efforts to continue to develop a thorough and rigorous work in order to always improve the working conditions and wages of RYANAIR's workers in Portugal.
